Our goal is to make sure you'r vehicle transport is seamless.
As an auto transporter we do understand that things in our customer's lives many prevent them from transporting on their reserved date, and in these cases we provide our customers with the following guideline for refund. We also would like to advise our customers that due to the dedication to such a small clientele we must also have adequate loads in order for us to have a profitable trip and keep costs down for our current clients and future customers.
Notification of cancelation 60 days or more prior to departure will receive a 90% of their payment for their reservation.
Notification of cancelation within 59 to 29 days prior to the departure will receive 50% of their paid amount for their reservation.
Notification of cancelation 30 to 1 days prior to reserved scheduled departure will forfeit 100% of their payment.
Note: In the case of any cancelation 30 days to departure of the trip, 75% of payment will be refunded if said spot on trip is replaced by another client.
